Nope, different sense of the word, faster can mean sooner, therefore the sooner it starts the sooner it ends because it only goes so many days, so it starts sooner from now than it does today because it's relative to the day and so if the difference between the end date and the start date stays the same as it does in reality, then when the start date is sooner then the end date also has to be sooner
